Our trainers come from a wide-variety of individual and team sports to provide local youth athletes with the training necessary to take their game to the next level. Our youth training from athletes 14 and under is focused on speed, agility, plyometrics (jumping), and body-weight movements, while older children will begin to implement weight-barring exercises.
Our sport-specific training is meant to improve athletic performance. 14-18 year-old children begin to move heavier weight as we work to master form and technique through a variety of movements.
Times: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 4:00pm
Our sport-specific training is meant to improve athletic performance. 10-14 year-old children focus on body-weight exercises, speed drills, agility work, and plyometrics. We introduce a wide variety of equipment and teach proper form and technique before increasing resistance.
Times: Tuesday & Thursdays at 4:00pm
This program is specifically for kids who are looking to improve their health and wellness. You don’t have to play sports to be active and we want parents to invest in their children’s health early on. Children over the age of 14 can sign up for monthly memberships, while children younger than 10 may be included in classes upon evaluation.

Older athletes may benefit more in the off-season from signing on as a monthly member to focus on metabolic and strength training. Monthly members may also choose to use the facility to their discretion during business hours as long as they do not take away from our regular scheduled classes.
Athletes who are looking to enhance one aspect of their game may benefit most from personal training, which allows a specific training to design a program that is tailored to the athlete.
